2. We create a recording of all relevant details during this meeting so that no request is missed.
3. We create a detailed Specification and Tender that outlines the project’s process, complete with annotations and photographs to ensure that both the client and contractor are informed.
4. We can recommend our own architects, structural engineers and interior designers to suit your project.
5. Once the job is accepted, we liaise with our contacts in Building Control and Historic England (Listed Building Consent), architects, structural engineers and interior designers as a main contractor and project manager. We then provide a project timeline and schedule of works to keep the client informed, depending on the nature of the project.
